1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the 12jeet platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all registered members. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the platform. No person under the age of 18 may register or access this platform. These terms and conditions may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
2. Account Rules
Each user may only create one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Your account login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party. A national ID card or other valid documentation may be requested for account verification. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to our support team immediately. 12jeet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts in the event of a rule violation.
3. Gaming Policy
All games on 12jeet are operated on the basis of fair and transparent policies. Game outcomes are entirely random and no external interference is possible. Each game has specific rules, and it is mandatory to read them thoroughly before playing. If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded. Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. 4. Payments & Withdrawals
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and popular mobile banking methods are supported. 5. Prohibited Activities
Any form of fraud, hacking, or use of automated software on the platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account will be treated as a punishable offense. Any attempt to gain an advantage by providing a false identity or information will result in immediate account closure. Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts belonging to the same person is prohibited, and if such activity is detected, all balances will be forfeited. No content or information from the platform may be distributed to third parties without permission.
6. Liability
12jeet shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform. The platform is not responsible for any game session disruptions caused by loss of internet connection or device technical issues. 12jeet bears no liability for any issues arising from third-party services or links. The user is voluntarily choosing to engage in gambling and assumes all associated risks. However, if a user suffers actual losses due to a technical error or system failure, the matter will be reviewed and appropriate action will be taken.
7. Amendment Policy
12jeet reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, registered users will be notified through the platform. Updated terms will take effect from the date of publication, and continued use of the platform thereafter will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.
